Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 0X9 ("0X9", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website at 0x9.fun and the services connected to it (the "Service"). The Service is used by three kinds of people: creators who post about products on X, companies who run campaigns, and administrators who operate campaigns on our team. This policy applies to all of them.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details — your name, email address, and, for creators, your X (Twitter) handle.
  • Company details — company name, website, contact person, and campaign requirements.
  • Campaign content — product links, briefs, messages, and any notes you submit, including requests you make to our AI operator.
  • Post links — links to the posts creators publish so we can measure performance.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser, and device type, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Cookies — we use a small number of cookies strictly to keep you signed in and secure your session. See "Cookies" below.

Information from sign-in providers

  • If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We only request the minimum profile and email scopes needed to create and secure your account. We do not receive your Google password.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
  • To run campaigns: match creators to companies, coordinate posts, and measure results.
  • To process payments and send receipts and payment notifications.
  • To send onboarding, campaign, and account emails that you have asked for or that relate to a campaign you are part of.
  • To provide analytics and performance insights to companies about their own campaigns.
  • To operate our AI assistant, which helps administrators draft and manage campaign actions. A human reviews and approves any action before it takes effect.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these ways:

  • Between campaign participants — a company can see the creators and public post links tied to its own campaign, and creators can see the campaigns they are assigned to.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf, including: Google (sign-in), Whop (payments and checkout), Resend (transactional email), Talivia (privacy-friendly analytics), OpenAI (the AI assistant), and infrastructure/hosting providers. These providers may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights and users.
  • Business transfers — if 0X9 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Posts that creators publish on X are public by their nature and are governed by X's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Talivia) that does not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, though doing so will sign you out.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Campaign records and post performance data may be retained for reporting and historical analytics. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at roan@0x9.fun and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and signed, time-limited sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents where required by law.

8. International users

We operate globally and may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
